It was formerly believed that this one year period was a parallel and that accordingly, Babylon's destruction would end in 1915 A.D. About September, 1916 it was revealed that the date 70 and 1915 could not be a part of the parallels because 1915 did not produce an antitype of the 70 A.D. destruction.
