1. It has been taught in some circles that the World War did not end in 1918 but that WWII was a continuation of the World War. This might seem like a logical conclusion at first, but let us reason on it. Italy and Japan were part of the Allies with Germany in WWII. In order for the above premise to be correct, Italy and Japan would have been fighting themselves in WWII; an absurdity of course.
2. In the vision given to Elijah, there was to be war followed by revolution and anarchy. The Revolution began in Russia and even before the November 11 Armistice was signed by Germany, the spreading revolution and anarchy had completely demolished the three remaining great church-state world empires of Continental Europe and had reduced the two-horned beast down to the level of the people. (D551:1; R1692,c2,p2). The false Kingdom of God (Babylon, Christendom) had disappeared. The ten toes had gone. Papacy, the Greek Catholic Church, the Church of England, and the Luthern Church were no longer a part of a church-state world empire setup. 3. Gentile times having ended in 1914 and the Kingdom of God having been established then, a new dispensation had begun-an old order had passed away; it had gone forever. The revolution, having by 1918 demolished Christendom, spread rapidly throughout the world. Secular History
4. What has been called WWII was not a war at all from the Biblical standpoint, but a continuation of the world revolution. It is true that the belligerent nations were mostly the same in both cases and that WWII was the greatest, bloodiest and most disastrous conflict of all human history, but there was a great difference, largely ignored today.That great difference was that the rulers of Italy, Germany, Russia, Austria and Hungary were not divine right Kings but Communists, Socialists, Fascists, dictators, etc. The false kingdoms of God, the church-state empires were not fighting, destroying each other any more; they couldn't because they had all succumbed in the revolution and anarchy of 1917-1918. Instead of that, it was the forces of the great earthquake (the time of trouble) struggling with one another for survival. This struggle must continue until the people themselves have repudiated and destroyed all human governments and institutions. BF
5. The Pope's pact with Hitler; Reich Church, ` etc. a. We only mention these subjects because it seems that some of the Brethren may have been stumbled by them. We merely wish to lovingly remind such brethren that since 1914, we have been in a new dispensation; that the ruling houses of the pre-1914 world are gone, and were gone before the above pacts, etc.took place; that the divine right of kings (an essential for a false kingdom of God) as not involved; that all nominal church organizations, in 1878, were spewed (vomited) out of the Lord's mouth to destruction, and that destruction was completed in 1918, the end of the gospel age parallel.
